Polypropylene high-strength yarn is a polypropylene multifilament with a breaking strength greater than 6cN / dtex. Polypropylene high-strength yarn has the characteristics of low relative density, low moisture absorption, high strength, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and low thermal conductivity.
Polypropylene high-strength yarn can be used in two-step method and one-step method of silk. The silk produced by the two-step process has a high breaking strength, reaching 6-8cN / dtex. The silk produced by the one-step method has a strength of approximately 5-7cN / dex, but its energy consumption is low. It is an important fiber raw material for industrial textiles. It is used for high-speed sewing threads, luggage belts, sporting goods slings, geotextiles, ropes, nets and fishing gear.
