Polypropylene high-strength yarn has the characteristics of low relative density, low hygroscopicity, high strength, abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and low thermal conductivity.
Polypropylene high-strength yarn can adopt two-step method and one-step method. The two-step process has a higher breaking strength of the wire, reaching 6-8 cN / dtex. The one-step process has a strength of approximately 5-7 cN / dex, but its energy consumption is low.
